  • To contact senior citizens either by telephone or in person in order to provide information aboutmembership and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints as appropriate as per Company's policies and procedures.
  • Provide in person support to closure of new membership and attain approval from the Company on new membership enrolment.
  • Support to open and link new accounts
  • Review independently all documents and ensure that the documentation is complete in all respects before enrolling as a member.
  • Provide details of membership, services offered, its cost, terms and conditions as required by the senior citizens over phone or in person.
  • Assist in creating the database of the prospective senior citizens based on personal or over the call discussion or enquiries.
Farming Client Relationship
  • Conduct evaluation of membership accounts and provide an insight on the issue's resolution, customer satisfaction etc.,
  • Collect mandatory information to analyse membership profile, needs and other information as may be required by the Company from time to time.
  • Perform as key contact point for portfolio of senior citizens dealing with routine matters end to end for range of services offered.
  • Resolve senior citizens service or billing complaints by performing activities such as order amendment or cancellation or new order, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
